Ranks and compares options based on relevance, fit, location, timing, eligibility, cost, and user needs.

Explains why something may be recommended, what to check, what limitations exist, and what step to take next.
Trust & Explainability Layer
Shows source labels, freshness notes, confidence, and boundaries. If something cannot be determined safely, the system should say so.

Supports practical actions such as saving, sharing, reminders, checklists, and future workflows.
